While going through the install process, I had to click "go back" and then "continue" before it would actually let me choose to install for one user. Install seemed to succeed, but after starting iTunes and looking in Visualizers, there is nothing new.

Hello AKCRAB,

Please, can you inform your system version and itunes version?
If possible, please send-me the installation log (Command+L after completion of the installation and then Save) to my email (removing any confidential information, of course), filipinascimento at gmail.

Thanks in advance.

v1.1 Installer doesn't work on Snow Leopard. It goes through the steps, but ends with "Installation failed"

Hello DANDERSON, sorry for the not working file, I think that I managed to solve the problem, please try again when 1.1.1 is out.

Thanks...

Yep, that fixed it.

Would be nice to have more options about which song values to put where. Should be pretty easy too by just publishing a few inputs & including some multiplexers.

Also, I find the animation in the top left distracting.

Cool effects though!

Hello DANDERSON
I'm new to this type of application, but i'm learning a lot. Soon a new improved version may come out with some customization and better particles graphics and movement.

Unfortunately Apple didn't create an easy way to enable options in Quartz created compositions. But i'm looking forward to turn it in a real iTunes Plugin or creating the options interface inside the quartz composition.

And
Thanks for the feedback
I'm listening all of you :D

I thought publishing an input right from the root level of a composition would let you do that. Maybe that's only true for screensavers.

Hmm, I tried to export it in root level, but no options appears in iTunes, I think that you are right about it only being accessible to screensavers.

The workaround is to create the interface inside the visualizer responding to some commands like keyboard keys and mouse events, at least until Apple or someone else implement it.

This visualizer was originally created for iVisualizer plugin, and later ported to native compositions. In iVisualizer I had settings like particles images, sensibility and another options.

Thanks for the directions.
