Unfortunately Vonage PAP2 are locked. Other VoIP providers lock devices but still allow access to the device web interface (which VoIP Tracker is using) for monitoring, Vonage locks the device and disables the web interface.
Google "vonage unlock PAP2" and you'll see that it's a popular topic :-)
a) it supported DrayTek VoIP devices, and
b) it weren't so damned expensive. I mean, $25 for it to liase with the device and display a caller ID pop-up? That's about $10-15 more than I'd be willing to shell out.
VoIP Tracker gathers informations directly from your VoIP Device, not from your VoIP provider. Therefore it can display display things like your network settings, last registration time etc ... but it will not be able to display your remaining credits.
I have a Linksys-based VoIP service (webFones). I installed VoIP Tracker and entered my phone's IP. The device appears to register OK, but the Call Status info and Notifications & Integration do not appear to be working. When I placed a test call to my VoIP phone (extension), nothing happens. This is all I get:

I tried connecting my Mac to the Linksys router directly, and then to the phone itself (SPA962, which has an outgoing ethernet port). I also tried rebooting the phone via VoIP Tracker's UI.
Thanks for giving VoIP Tracker a try.
Following your report, we found a bug in the way VoIP Tracker monitors some Linksys VoIP phones (so far the SPA962 and SPA941).
The slight change in interfacing with those phones (compare to VoIP adapters SPA3000, PAP2 etc) is causing some issues as you experienced it.
Please get in contact with our support (support@corkhatsoft.com) so that we can gather some more info and fix this problem.
