TinyGrab was acquired by development agency Company 52 and has begun a new chapter; one of stability and growth. Since taking ownership 2 weeks ago, Company 52 has stabilized the service, solved nearly all of the outstanding problems that were making TinyGrab unusable, and dramatically improved customer support response time.
Looks like things may be back on track - time will tell.
All previous purchases will be honored, current features will continue to be supported, and all previously working or incomplete / buggy features will be completed! In addition, new feature enhancements are in the pipeline

DO NOT DOWNLOAD VERSION 2.0.

Does not work. At all. Dev claims to be working on a fix but current version is broken. Will continue to use version 1 until version 2 is fixed because at this point, version 1 is more functional than version 2.

Seems like they have the kinks worked out now, though.

Justdep,
You are absolutely correct. The newer version is finally stable and returned all previous functionality.

I highly recommend this software to anyone looking to share an image or something on their screen fairly quickly and quick flawlessly.

Devs did a great job getting it up and running again after the breach!

I think this could be great if they just had a way to use/upload your screenshot from your clipboard instead of having to save it to the desktop first. A java gui ( or something similar) even on the pull down from the menu bar would be great to just "command-v" and paste my screenshot and hit upload. That would be golden!

note:
In the preferences you have the following option to move the image:
"After upload:
1-Do nothing
2-Move to...
3-Move to Trash"

yah i noticed that after posting my review. One major problem still though is if you choose to take a screen shot (save to desktop) you can have it automatically upload and automatically delete/trash or move etc... but what if you want to actually do a normal screenshot for something else and keep it? You have to go change your preferences then. Would be nice to have their simply be a different short cut you set (again like skitch) for performing a screenshot with direct upload versus it being activated and one in the same as the command for normal apple screen shot.

i like the app... i just wish it had a few more options.
