This software is for those who wish to learn the British way. While the speaker has a good speaking voice and is understandable to native English speakers on both sides of the Atlantic, he does introduce some quaint pronunciations, such as the word "north" rhyming with "both" as in Nothe America. He also lets his "L" slide away in the word "pole" so that it sounds like "Poe." The demo lesson is very basic geography - the continents plus poles.
