Checksum is a simple application that calculates file checksums (SHA-1, MD5 etc.).

  • Support for SHA-256 on Snow Leopard, and for chosing a custom openssl command line tool in the prefs for SHA-256 on Leopard when using openssl from MacPorts etc.

SImple, small, and works just as it should. It saves the trouble of using Terminal commands to calculate checksums. Thanks to the dev.
