Windown is an application to help with Finder window management. It closes all open Finder windows, and then opens a new fresh Finder window with the position and dimensions set by the user themselves. It also doubles as a nifty extension for Fiwi (http://www.wordpower-software.com/WordPower/fiwi.html allowing you to drill into the folder you just moved the file(s) to!
