Playground is a minimal browser for web developers that watches a project directory for changes to files based on extension type. Whenver a change is detected it reloads the page. For ease of use, Playground may be started in a project folder from the command line. The Web Inspector is enabled by default for easy javascript debugging.

Demo vs. Shareware is a bit of grey area -- the rule of thumb we use is that if an app is independently developed or can be converted into the full version simply by registering it, it's shareware (a demo would usually be a feature- or time-restricted "Lite" version... Shareware traditionally always works, but will start to nag you after X many days if not registered and might introduce other limitations).

it will be perfect with the following feature:
* change the window title from "playground" to reflect a page's head & title html tags.
this one is important!! i have to switch to another app, otherwise
suggestions:
* font or whole page scaling
* faster updating
* add py and css extension defaults
* some kind of time feedback to show the page has been or is in the process of updating (for slow scripts)
* window resize presets (800, 1024, etc.)

I've added some basic features that you may have been missing, including back/forward buttons, a url history drop down, and automatic updating to new versions. Let me know if there's anything else you're looking for.
