Functionally very good, yet to try on grand scale (>10GB multiple archives etc.) but should be on everyones list if you collect stuff.
Question is, higher value or better to get more users @ say 5-10$ per bang? A hobbled version of uses will only encourage piracy/ abuse issues I guess.

Well, Decloner found for about 15GB of duplicates! Sometimes, I could have 5 times the same file in different project folders. Lots of MP3s already in iTunes but still wandering around in various folders. Buying it was a no brainer!
It’s easy to use and pretty fast. You have Trash, Reveal in Finder and QuickLook buttons next to each file names, which is very handy.
It would be nice to be able to see the date of the files on the main interface (with size, count and total) instead of having to select each file to see it.
Being able to slide the size, count and total all the way to the right to see really long file names would be my second request.
But be aware: it fragmented my hard drive severly after I deleted much of those duplicated files. The drive was spinning constantly and everything was dead slow. TechTool Pro 5 arranged that perfectly tough.
So maybe get yourself TechTool or iDefrag if you have gigabytes of useless duplicates like me.

When I try to run the trial of Decloner I'm notified:
"You can't open the application of Decloner because it is not supported on this type of Mac."

The website says it uses a cryptographic algorithm to compare files and it certainly found duplicates which had different names/dates.
Would be nice if it had the ability to compare two user specified folders, rather than just scanning a single location for duplicates, but that's easy enough to work around. Couple of bugs - the 'safe mode' setting seems to be reversed (when I tick Safe Mode it moves files to the Trash, but when I uncheck it, it then moves files to the safe folder??). Also, if you mistakenly delete a file outside of DeCloner (e.g. in Finder) and then try deleting it in DeCloner it hangs rather than just tell you the file is no longer there. However, on the whole I like it and will be buying it.

Maybe a little pricey for a one trick pony, perhaps.
