Video Monkey is a Mac-only application for the conversion of video between a variety of formats. It borrows concepts from the great, but now defunct Video Hub software.
What's New
Version 0.12:
This is a quick release to fix the problem that 0.11 used the Mac OS X 10.7 SDK to build and therefore would not run on Mac OS X 10.5 systems (but it does run on Mac OS X 10.6). I've added a few other nifty fixes as well New in this release:
- Changed how bitrate is computed to give better results at more frame sizes.
- Made all formats (except DV) using half framerate at lowest quality setting.
- Make performance button always start out as normal to avoid it annoyingly always coming up as fastest.

No wonder the dev has gone when trolls here call hard working developers bastards. Macupdate is going to the dogs allowing comments such as that given by Grhsvo to stand.
Why can't these people stick to the porn sites where they usually hang out?
Why oh why flame a dev here on MU when it is more constructive to contact him one to one and point out any issues you find?

Also the program crashes when there are too many file in the queue (something between 50 and 100)
