Not to cast aspersions on this product but just for information, this can also be fairly easily done in Automator.

Thank you for this! It would be perfect for me if you could choose to hide the launched apps so that you don't have windows popping up and shifting spaces. Even worse, ending up on a random pick of the launched bunch. Thanks!

If Launcher will open the apps and automaticly will hide it , you still have to click on icon app to "show" it isn't, then is no "real" reason for Launcher.

I understand your point, but actually for my needs it would make sense. I am speaking of particularly the apps such as Mail, Things and Safari. Core apps such as this that have notifications and are generally needed throughout the entire logged in experience.

I realize that you could set these items to launch and hide at startup, but I hate loading down my start time. I would rather choose to do a multiple launch on my terms. Thanks!
