iVisibilityX allows you to easily toggle the visibility of files and folders.
Just drag and drop a bunch of files/folders on the window and iVisibilityX will make visible files invisible and invisible files will be made visibile.
If you want to view hidden files in the finder, simply tick the box in front of "Show hidden files in Finder".
To hide them again, simply un-tick the same box.
iVisibilityX is freeware and Universal Binary.
It is available in English and Dutch.
A neat little app that does what it says it will do...if the window is in front.
What I would prefer is an app that does this via drag and drop onto an icon in the menubar or dock. A simple drag and drop would toggle visibility of the dropped items, and an option-click would toggle "show hidden files in finder."

You may want to look at iVisibilityX Lite, which basically is this application in the menubar. Thank you all for the suggestions!

I'll take a look at it.
In the mean time, just drag files/folders on the window and then click the window.
Thanks,
