I don't know how well the app works, but I've been on the receiving end of about 40 documents, recently, being sent from the UK, and have had no end of problems from yousendit, itself. Most of them server side errors, unexpected disconnections (that are consistent and repetitive), and "file does not exist" errors.
I don't trust this service, and suggest you test the service (not the app) extensively before going for this.

⁃ YouSendIt Express now shows your Dropbox URL in the Settings panel
⁃ Completed uploads show the download URL, which can be copied to the Pasteboard
⁃ The download links in the Inbox and Sent Items can now be copied to the Pasteboard, too
⁃ There is a new setting to always ask you where to download files, allowing you to choose  which folder to download to; also, if the download has only one file, you can also choose a new name for it before downloading.

App may be free but the service for anything over 100MB you must pay for. But if you need to send files that big and often, it's a great way to go. And the app works although I downloaded mine from the YouSendIt site.
