ActionGear is a task management application that lives in the menubar and can also be opened with a global hot key. It supports to-dos, reference notes, and attachments, organization into groups, capture from the screen or from an iSight, smart groups, flags and tags, Growl integration, and other features.

My personal opinion on ActionGear is that it seems to be very usefull. It is still early days:
1) It seems to unfortunately be lacking support for Default Folder X.
2) No means of viewing attachments.
3) There doesn't seem to be an option for importing specific tasks into iCal.
Stability seems to be rock solid on a G5 single PPC.
The screenshot utility is quite handy.
