The actual game itself is great, but multiplayer is where it really is at. The perks system keep this game fresh. Easily one of the best online games out right now.
Now the game does have its issues. Performance isn't all that hot on my 2.8 dual core iMac with 4GB's of RAM and 512MB 8800 card. This computer runs Crysis on higher settings flawlessly, but on COD4 I have to turn a decent number of things down to keep a high frame rate on a busy map. Also the patch didn't go smoothly. I was force to manually install it for it to work.

Also, as far as I can tell, the Mac version seems to run faster than the PC version. I just hope they release the 1.7 path soon.

- it doesn't want the serial supplied by MacUpdate, it tells me that it's invalid
- I can't patch the game : the patch installer tells me that the installation in incomplete
