I too had frequent disconnects after downloading the 2.0 updater. The "solution" was to change to a slower modem speed. This is an update?

So far so good. Seems to have given my slot-loading iMac 128/350 a substantial internet speed boost.

I had no problems with this download. I might be crazy, but the internet seems to go slightly faster now on my iMac dv 400 with 128 mb of ram. I thought it was worth downloading, but there seem to be some compatibility issues, so be warned.
