I miss ProVoc, which just worked. KYW is nice… but it could be so much better. For example, a pane to enter various symbols, tests like in the freeware Genius… and proper syncing to iPod/iPad. The latter just doesn't work. Updates have been slow recently. I hope the developer takes note and improves the app. In its present state I cannot recommend purchasing it.
Little nice application for language students, and for anybody that needs to memorize things. The iPhone companion is great, and lets you take your data with you.
The developer is nice and listens to suggestions, and is constantly updating the application.
While I appreciate the continuous development of this app, it's learning features are still miles behind Genius and ProVoc. Especially Genius is unsurpassed in terms of vocabulary learning.

The features are appropriate to the several ways it can be used - in a variety of contexts.
It's well thought out, nicely designed; and the developer is exceptionally responsive.
It's also software that's gaining new features and functionality. For its field in language learning, it's hard to beat.
