This software is hopeless, full of bugs, incredibly frustrating to use and just plain bad. DO NOT buy this software, buy and train a flock of carrier pigeons to send those 'urgent' faxes to your clients, your faxes will get there quicker.

What ever happened to Faxilitate? It ACTUALLY worked!!!!

Faxstf is lousy. It disables my chooser after using the keyboard shortcut...unable to get back to my printer...."buggy" and user "unfriendly"...too bad Apple bothered to ship it with their product, it is a shame to the Mac...

Provided you have the PRO version of FAXstf 5.x, this upgrade is really worth running. Much more stable, lots of convenient features with number handling, group faxing, phone card handling. Really good for travel. I use it, among other things, to send faxes to myself at the hotel while on the road. This eliminates all printing worries while travelling...except no color. Works great on a PB G3 Series with sys. 9.1. Very stable for me.

This updater does NOT update the bundled versions of FAXstf 5.x. It is only for FAXstf Pro. If you want to update the copy of FAXstf that came with your modem, go to http://www.smithmicro.com/support/files.tpl and get the updater for the bundled version. The latest version is 5.1.1. Don't waste your time downloading this updater unless you have purchased FAXstf Pro!
