How do I play this game? Anyone know? I clicked on a tile to exchange it like in Bejeweled so I could make 3 of a kind. It was adjacent to the tile to make 3 and it wouldn't go anywhere. Oh well back to my hole I go.....

Oh yeah, I'm sure he paying a fat fee to use these properties in a free to download game, because that would make sense...

You seem to have misunderstood my comment. I was pointing out that this game blatantly violates trademarks and copyrights.

You also seem to misunderstand how to reply.

Funny that, because I understood perfectly that you chose to needlessly brow-beat a freeware developer about their non-profit software.

Perhaps you should email the Big N, and tell them about this bedroom programmers heinous activities, I'm sure they would just love to hear all about your scathing observations.

You appear to not understand the difference between a huge multinational, and a kid making fanware on his computer.

And of course we can assume the developer has properly licensed these properties from Nintendo and PopCap.
