Close all Open Applications... A handy application that closes each individual application. It asks to save changes, and allows warnings, so, no worries! A great thing to run before shut down, to make sure everything is closed. Note: While this is for Mac OS X 10.5 or later, it should work seamlessly in Tiger or earlier.
Requirements
PPC / Intel, Mac OS X 10.5 or later.

I usually have some twenty programs open at a given time. This app makes it so much easier to close them all now when you need to restart your computer.

I run OS X 10.5.6 and just downloaded this app. It works great and does what it says its supposed to do. Pretty easy, put it in the dock, one click and all is done.

Thanks for a very useful app.

I admit that I did not fully test it on a 10.4 machine, however I looked at the design and architecture, and nothing said it shouldn't work on 10.4. When the original description was written I was still under the perception that it worked on 10.4. So, let me be clear now for all 10.4 users, the description may be misleading (it says *should* work on 10.4, not *will* work on 10.4) it does NOT work on 10.4.

My only question is why you gave it a star review if you were unable to use it and formulate an opinion.

This would be a Great application for versions of 10.4 if it actually worked.
the Developer never bothered to try it
with 10.4 as he says it "should work".
He does NOT say, "before I put this applicaton up, I actually spent some time
to see if the damn thing worked for 10.4"

I have too many apps on my computer already, so I prefer to command-tab-Q-tab-Q-tab-Q-tab-Q-tab-Q-tab-Q-tab-Q... you get the idea.

Works and is fast, but could use an exclude list for background apps like Quickeys.
Otherwise, great. Thanks!

Works Very well and fast. Would be great if this could be an item in the menubar. Great little app.

Thank you for your suggestion, I was just thinking of that and was wondering if consumers were interested. I will work on either implementing that, or offering a different version as a menu bar item.

How about an either/or or both preference?

That is because you have tiger, it is known to not work in tiger, as I say in the description. And I did test it thoroughly before I released it.

The description should probably be updated then. It currently says this: "it should work seamlessly in Tiger or earlier."

Yes, that description was written and published before it was known that there were problems with tiger. Either way, it says should work seamlessly with tiger and earlier, not will. Thank you for your comment.
