Well the software does waht it claims to do and doing so it does it quite easily.
I admit for non german speakers it might be not very usefull to read the "Benutzerhandbuch", but really we use a Mac so who does read Manuals.
Well maybe i undestimate the value of reading the buttons, but the iconographics and even more the pretty same words german/english, should make the software usable even for those people, who will never learn another langauge than english.
C'Mon it is freeware, it is an academic project, you guys have nothing more to do than to complain about the language ? it is not chinese and there is babelfish for years out LOL.
Sorry about that, when this was submitted to MacUpdate the developer did not mention that this is localized only in German. Not good. And it has now been backdated to remove it from today's listings.
As a university English professor for 35 years I am disgusted with your comment about language. German is hardly a "minority language;" American English today is atrocious: misspellings prevelant, usage ignorance, standard English lacking; and English is not universally understood. Now as to whether a Mac developer can provide us with a free and useful application though his native language is not English, all I can offer is for you or anyone else who cannot speak anything but English is to buy a commercial application to fill your needs.
Turn off the TeeVee, get off your couch, and check out the world. I know it's a shock, but not everyone in the world - or even the USA - speaks english.
You know what? English-native speaking people are actually a minority of the world population! Furthermore, I'm sick of jingoistic a-holes like yourself ratcheting down my country's reputation every time you lash out in hostile ignorance.
I was trying to download this programm. I wanted to try, if i can use it to sync folders form my iMac to my MacBook Air, witch i use for the go. But as I said, the site is down...It does not work. Can someone be friendly, and send it to me via eMail?

German is spoken in 9 countries and by approximately 120 Million people. I would not call that a minority.
Granted, English is far more wide spread, and spoken by about 400 Million people.
But if you want your software to be truly universal, it should be written in Mandarin Chinese which is spoken by 1.12 BILLION people.
So really, a bit more perspective!
Anyway, otherwise I agree, this software needs localisation, and I'm sure the author will provide this in a future update.

Everything's in German. No English documentation or English version of the software and the website's also totally in German.
Can't really comment on whether it's good or bad. Hopefully they'll release an updated language version.
