Collanos Software
Collanos Phone is a software-only Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone and a multi-protocol instant messenger combined in one application. The main features include placing audio & video calls and sending instant messages to existing Jabber, MSN, ICQ, AOL, and Yahoo! networks. Following Collanos' multi-platform strategy, the product is available on Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux. All basic features of Collanos Phone are available at no cost.

I switched for a long time to Gizmo that works really better, even with a Wengo VoiP account !!
