This is a great piece of software, however, in the age where OS X is the standard, McHurricane needs to be brought over to OS X as well, especially since Apple has dropped support of OS 9 as a bootable operating system. I don't think it's worth the $30 until it's OS X native...

This s a great program, especially after finding the repository of complete storm coordinates on NOAA's site. I would love to see a MacOS X version, I feel this app would be much more robust in at least a Carbon version...

This seems to be a great program for anyone living in the hurricane belt (which I do).. This release came a bit late for this season's (which is almost over I hope) storms. Thankfully I couldn't find any storms to track this late in the year. I would definitely recommend this program if the price were a bit lower.. Although there appears to have been lots of time and thought put into it... I hope the author keeps adding features but at this point I can't offer any suggestions, again, because of the lack of storms in the Atlantic Basin/Caribbean to adequately test this program.
