Colored Folder Creator (formerly Coloured Folder Creator) is an application that lets you create coloured folders. New folders are available including flags, colors and animals etc. Impress your friends with colors, or maybe hide some files from your family, friends or colleagues using invisible folders.

Also, there is a thread on the Apple forums that DISPUTE the fact that Apple MAKES them follow that guideline.
I was not happy to repurchase the program and I think someone is not being honest here.
