Removed default Cmaj chord for new songs.

Fixed a bug where new songs would not draw until resized while recording screencast with iShowU.

Accompanist 1.0.3 appears to be a hoax. Trying to download it does nothing but send you into a network of search engines. Even going to the "manufacturer's" website produces only the same runaround.
