Too bad this was discontinued. When it worked it was pretty good. Guess the developer has moved on to greener pastures.

I'm a long time user of Parliant products and constantly use their products. When I have a problem, which is infrequently because I read the instructions, I have an answer the next day.

I now use the Phone Valet Message Centre to manage 3 phone lines. I make an effort to not do business calls on any other phone than those managed by Phone Valet.

Parliant, please make an iPhone app just to manage the call records and to record certain calls automatically.

This is a very poor, buggy app. that wasted a lot of my time. When I tried to get help in setting it up they said they had no tech support but referred me to the manual. My son and I downloaded it but still could not get basic functions to work. Once we got it set up it suddenly stopped recognizing incoming calls for no reason and other features did not work as advertised. They said if I wanted the really useful features I would have to buy their "Message Center" and "Anywhere" apps for a total of $219 plus tax. No thanks. The one positive feature I can recommend is their un-installer.

Excellent program. Works as advertised with the features I've used. I tried the Phone Valet Access Anywhere- over a network and over the web and they worked great.

The only problem that I've had is that the program got mixed up in announcing one caller- it displayed the name correctly on the screen, but voice announced a different (and incorrect) name. Clicking on the Address Book in Phone Valet revealed that somehow the incorrect name had gotten inputed (I didn't do it as I had never opened the Address Book in Phone Valet) in the "Sounds like" field of the Address book entry of the correct person. Deleting it and restarting the computer (the fix wouldn't take without doing that) fixed the problem.

Great, great, program. Very pleased with it.
