Pando and Podmailing can upload for free up to 1 Gb, which is 10 times what QuickShareIt can do.
So the interface is maybe eye kandy, but the interest remains a little bit limited. Also the bandwith for the free version is good enough to upload at a little bit more than 110 Kb/s which is not bad, while QuickShareIt cannot go over 40 Kb/s ...
Anyway QuickShareIt doesn't work very well ... it is said that there is not need to create an account to upload a file, I made a try, ... i get a growl notification that the upload has began, but the uploads window remains empty ...
After having created an account, it was possible to upload, but when registereing the parameters in the software crash ... So relaunch after.
Bad points i know that something is uploading but nothing in the upload window !! Completely unlogical, just the icon in the dock let you know the status !
Plus, if you leave the software before the uploading is finished, at the next launch, QuickShareIt will not resume anything ...
So sorry, but for now i prefer by far Pando and Podmailing they are far way better, just with their basic features.

I certainly would sign up for a Personal or Corporate Account. A Windows tool is a must. And the some security for Corporate - like a limited set of users or something. And also an audit trail to see who downloaded it.

It worked once or twice on the MacBook, then began crashing regularly; it never once succeeded in uploading a file from the iMac.
Hope they fix this; the two times it worked it was great.
