The game runs in 1024 x 768 pixels _only_, windowed or fullscreen (!). That's a very contemporary resolution these days. Therefor you can't change it! Isn't that great?
I heard there're a few bigger screens out there, but anyway...

Oh yes, they want nearly 50 bucks for it. Well...

I tried out the demo and it seems like a pretty good turn-based strategy game. But why is it so expensive?

They developed very hard on the 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. I think that's why it's 49,95$. It's an absolute premium feature.

So I bought the full version. It is indeed well made and it is a good game-play. The main problem is the relatively weak AI. It completely ignores Africa and the Middle East for example. After playing once against the cpu (and lost) it is now almost impossible to lose no matter how many advantages and handicap I give the AI. I think for $50, the developers should keep issuing updates that fix balance issues and AI weaknesses.
It may be more fun if you play person-to-person than against the cpu.
