Yes you're right, its a simple terminal command, but some people are very unfamiliar with the terminal and just want simplicity of use, that's what i tried to implement in this very simple application.
I'll never understand Apple's choice to waste screen real estate with this bit of useless eye candy. It serves no practical use in spatial relations. Atleast Dock magnification is useful - to some. And the Genie effect could be useful, sort of.
The Dock 'shelf' is useful, because?
Anyway, now to find our white Menubar!

This app does everything it claims to do, and it does it with a simple 2-button interface.

It doesn't have any Tiger's dock functions, like expanding folders and their hierarchical navigation.
