This problem has been resolved in version 0.0.4. Installing 0.0.4 will fix the problem.

This utility is a bash script, and is installed at "/usr/sbin/installpkg.bash", so it must be renamed to work as described in the man page, or executed with the correct name.

Hmm, it installed into /sbin for me, not /usr/sbin. But the naming issue still applies.
$ which installPKG.bash
/sbin/installPKG.bash
