My only problem, the movies are mirror-like — right becomes left & vice versa. Srrange ...

This app is slick, and fills a much needed niche on my iMac.
My 10 month old daughter enjoys the image in Photobooth while she sits on my lap. But we can only get still images from that.
Now, we make goofy movies together with Iris. And the other features are just way-cool. Great functionality, cool interface, fun implementation.
I only have 2 criticisms. The first is the gallery window should be more easily accessed from the camera window (how about a big fat button).
The second is the price - which should come down $10 or so IMHO.

if you'd let me know what controls you'd like over specific functions, I'll see what we can do.
The two main constraints here are
a) what's possible
b) what can be elegantly fiitted into the UI.
b) is actually much more constraining than b), but we can always add hidden prefs, if required for specific needs.

If you download the NoLobe Iris, and install it - it will overwrite your MildMannered Software Iris app. You should drag the imposter Iris to the trash (don't use AppZapper) and install a new MM Software Iris, or you may lose your gallery of past recordings.
