JFJ - Just For Joggers is a tool for joggers and runners to keep track of their routes and runs. It is designed to be small and simple and easy to use by supporting only the features that are really necessary to do the job.

Sadly, I could not download iRun anymore and tried this software. It is free and therefore I shouldn't complain, but it's features are so limited (compared to others such as TrailRunner) and the interface is just so... Java, that I just can't stand using it for longer than a couple of minutes. However, I really like the icon :-)

You write "it's features are so limited". Yes, that's by design - as I wrote in the program description.
Anyway - I'm interested: what are the features, you are missing most in JFJ 1.0?
