Works very smooth, especially the mutli-language addressbook sync is great. Chinese addresses are synced perfectly.
BUT, what does not work is, that iCal events spanning several days are ignored, and so are events in different time zones. That needs to be fixed, ASAP.
Nokia people shouldn't be surprised by non thanking Mac users. I had to buy MS Virtual PC and Windows XP to run in that junk just to backup my phone and update firmware once.

PS: For people who would waste money on MS Virtual PC just for Nokia stuff: DON'T. New stuff doesn't work at all and all you had was a USB 1.1 slow connection while it was working anyway.
