They have done it again with this updater! Version 2.1.2 which is listed here as being released today is the same one I downloaded from the Garmin Web site on December 21st last year! Hello!

I thought the same thing. Look through your apps, mine didn't download to my Garmin folder but separately to my apps.

Don't quite understand what's happening here; version 2.0.6 - which I have been using for over a year, and which is listed on Garmin's website as being released April 23, 2009 - is here listed as a new release on today's date of December 28, 2010.

It does say updates in V206 for Zumo, so it would be a new update for their version.206

Didn't find my brand new Nuvi 205 at first. Updated firmware on a windows laptop, then back over to the mac and it still didn't see it. Closed and reopened Webupdater and it's seeing it just fine now.

Worked fine on my Nuvi 350.

A few moments of concern when the start up screen had multiple, tiled images, but they resolved into the usual start-up screen.

Reboot was fine, though it took quite a while to re-acquire satellites.

This version (2.0.5) allows my Mac OS 10.5.6 to update my new Garmin. Fast work by a company working had to better support Macintosh.

Just plugged in my StreetPilot C330 and it doesn't see it anymore.

Your system thinks you have version 1.1 installed and won't install 1.0.2 because it thinks it's 'older'. Just delete the package receipt in the Library/Receipts folder. It references an incorrect version (1.1) instead of 1.0.1.

Same problem version 2.02 is older than 2.01
Garmin if you are going to offer support hire somebody that knows what is doing.

I don't have a previous version installed, yet the installer, after identifying my boot volume as installable, says "there's nothing to install." Very strange.

Great, the installer says that my 2.0.1 version is newer than this 2.0.2 version and refused to install.

Used Pacifist and extracted the application enclosed. No ideas why they bothered to use an installer when there's just the standalone application. There's no extension or other external components.
