- Inability to run on Mac OS X version prior to 10.4.6
- No current support for screen readers for visually impaired users
- The viewer is installed at the root level of the user account home directory. (e.g. /Users/jsmith/). Do not move the application folder to any other location as it will not work.

1) You must right click the .pkg file and Show Package Contents.
2) Find and right-click the Contents, Resources, InstallationCheck file and Open With your TextEdit app.
3) Search for the text "10.4" and replace with "10" then save and exit the text editor.
4) You should be able to close up and double-click the modified .pkg file to install the viewer and finish with a restart.
It "sort of" works in that not all buttons function and I cannot "save as" or print... I'm still working on that, but at least you can view .xfdl files.

Using a wineskin wrapper, and a few wine-tricks it works exactly as it does on windows, but uses the mac ui and i created some new osx compliant icons: PureEdge for Mac:

Once i have finalized the iPhone/iTouch app it will ported to mac to have a native PureEdge.app. Enjoy! Support for PowerPC is not currently available.
Installer fails and if previously installed, it crashes when almost immediately when used.
I hope Grants.gov switches to PDFs ASAP, or IBM puts out an update even sooner.
