Fixed critical issues that prevented Syncro SVN Client to properly communicate with Subversion 1.7 servers. This version does not support yet the Apache SubversionTM 1.7 new features and working copies.
A new action allows you to easily share a project on an SVN repository. This lessens the user effort by importing the project in the repository and converting the local project structure into an SVN working copy, all in a single step.
Introduced the concept of a workspace, used for now to assist you to checkout new projects in a predefined location.
Optimized the loading of working copies and switching between them. The load operation became more responsive, allowing you to cancel it from an early stage.
Numerous bug fixes and other small improvements. Note: The current version does not support yet the Apache SubversionTM 1.7 new features and working copies.

The other (well known) multi-platform option is Smart SVN but after downloading a demo I couldn't get it to connect to my local repository.
The interface does not look particularly mac-like but that is probably because this is a multi-platform solution. I need to develop on Windows and on the Mac and wanted to use a SVN gui that works on both platforms. If this is not what you are looking for and/or you want a more mac-like look-and-feel, you might want to look at versions or cornerstone (the best of the two in my opinion) instead.
With regards to one of the previous reviews I have been able to connect to an https server without a problem, using user and password login details as appropriate.

Windows thinking and interface approaches doesn't work on this side of the fence.
