Virtual BCF2000 Midi Controller is used to mimic the BCF2000 midi controller, for when you don't have the hardware with you.

NB: The controller is set up in line with the Quartz Composer Sysex files published by Steve Mokris.

My setup is that I use the BCF2000 to control quartz composer compositions. When I don't have the physical controller with me, I want to still be able to control those compositions in exactly the same way as I do with the physical controller.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what is the point of this? The BCF2000 is a physical controller to add tactile input to virtual faders and buttons in your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). So now, with this software, you can have virtual controls to control other virtual buttons in your DAW? Aren't you just adding an unnecessary layer? I'm confused.

i'm sure its for testing stuff while on the road and not wanting the haul the controller around. Thats all.
