I'd like to try this and see if it does anything for the temperature of my computer... but it disabled the Parallels Hypervisor.

why do I need this utility?

It is not getting cooler if I disable second core.
Nor gain I longer battery....

Why pay $5 for that when Apple Developper tools (CHUD) do it for free ?
