Cam2Web is an easy to use application which automatically uploads images from your cam to the web. Lets you specify the quality of the uploaded images. You are also able to specify the size of the uploaded images. Lets you specify how often per minute the image should be updated. Takes only one minute to set up.

Easy to configure but not many options. The lack of options makes this app a little difficult to use. I can't even specify what size in px I want the picture to be uploaded at. This app does sport a continues video preview and there doesn't seem to be any stability issues. There's no minimize feature, so to get rid of the video preview you need to hide the app.
