Kaleidoscope is meant to be used with a camera. It takes live video from it, and it creates a virtual kaleidoscope with it. The kaleidoscope can be set to rotate automatically at a user defined speed.

The kaleidoscope can also be set to use still pictures as image input. The available pictures, all taken by Boris Shiu during his trial period at Fabrica, are group pictures of the current students in the different departments in Fabrica.

Any chance of a new version that will work with 10.6 (Snow Leopard)? If not, does anyone know of a screensaver like this which does work with 10.6? Note Kaleidosaver does NOT!

i found the application, you get it here:

i use it with SaverLab (http://www.dozingcatsoftware.com/)
check out oriol mesià's vimeo-clips, very impressive.

Ingenious! Simply a joy!
A nice option would be to be able to fill up the screen completely.

Paladino had trouble on 08 Mar 2009

Seems like Kaleidoscope screen saver is no longer available. Clicked on "download" and "more information got "page not found" message. Went to home page....www.Fabrica.it Couldn't find Kaleidoscope screen saver there, either. Bummer!
