iProtector protects sensitive document, database, exel, pdf, pictures and sound files stored on your hard drive. iProtector is easy to use, just drag and drop files or folders onto the iProtector window. iProtector supports PDF, Tiff, Jpeg, MOV, DOC, RTF, HTML,EXEL, MP3, WAV formats just to name a some. Once a password has been selected you can choose from 13 different strong encryption modes to lock and unlock your files or folders.

Very flakey program. Certainly on my G4 running Tiger this nice looking little App. doesn't work. Tried encrypting a folder (approx 912Mb) of client jpgs and website artwork and it went through the motions taking a while to do it. And then nothing, the encypted file never reappeared after entering password.

Tried it again with a folder with 1 jpg and that worked. So tried it again with just the website artwork files. It went through the motions of encrypting and after that nothing. Just disappeared again.

The developer was helpful for the first 2 or 3 attempts then I never heard anymore. So my opinion? Hang on to your $10 and find another application for encryption.
