All I want to do is have two duplicate libraries between a laptop and a desktop to use with the new streaming Apple TV. I don't wnat to have to go and boot up my laptop every time I want to watch once of my movies. THought this would do the trick, but ITS WAY MORE EFFORT THAN THEIR ADVERTISING LETS ON. I wasted $30.

though not much has changed.
But first, to the person that said "not true" about my comment that Supersync
does not work between a wired and wireless computer....
It's great you are able to work it under Airport network conditions, but it will
not work with a simple wired router and wireless signal. Tried to work through
this with the developer and even he admitted that most of the time it will not work.
What I wanted to update everyone on is that contrary to my previous comments,
the developer has been very active with me in trying to get the software to work.
Unfortunately, I have ended up receiving a refund.
While the music files synched perfectly between both computers, the problem lied
with the playlists that did not synch. So, in my case, with lots of playlists, they
would not be updated when the music files were ported over.
I will say that the developer felt that my case was special because I had the same
account on two computers. He felt that if both computers had duplicate accounts
that the software might not synch the playlists correctly.
My advisement would be for everyone to fully test this software prior to purchasing.
I did want to give credit though to Brad at Supersync who indeed showed great
interest in assisting me through my problems.

File syncing worked fine, but once all the files are synced, what more is there to do besides syncing meta data? Basically worthless at this point, as I can't trust anything I change in one library to merge into the other.

Needed some way to sync iTunes from one MAC to another, specifically a router wired desktop and a laptop working off that same router wirelessly.
Well, found out you cannot sync in that manner which is a huge inconvenience. In order to sync both computers must be wired together.
That's the first problem.
Second, the software is not intuitive. I opened it up and was faced with so many different colored indications that are not clearly labeled and a sync button that doesn't entirely sync the library verbatim.
Though I was able to move all my music over from one computer to another, I still can't figure out how to copy my playlists. The music is copied but the playlist count does not match. How to manage playlists is not very clear.
Third, support is horrible. You write a letter to this company with questions and it takes days for them to answer. Actually, did get one person to reply to me but had to send him multiple emails to get additional questions answered and sometimes it took nearly a week for a reply. If you send in a question through their support email don't expect a reply for a few days. Support is really non-existent.
I wanted to wait a few days and really give this software a better review. Had support been better and more concerned with answering emails sent to them I probably would have given this software a far better rating. However, after buying a 5-pack license and not getting sufficient response to my emails is very discouraging. It's almost like the company knows the software is limited in what it can do and doesn't want to confirm that to the user. Maybe that isn't the case, but by ignoring emails sent to them it sure comes off that way.
I would test drive this thoroughly before considering a purchase.
