mimiFoto is a little application designed for people who want to easily change their iPhoto, Preview or Mail icon.
If you have such icons sitting in your Dock, you may want to have your own private image instead of the default sunset, the little kid or the stamp. With mimiFoto, this becomes as easy as drag-n-drop!
Note that no permanent changes are made to the patched applications. mimiFoto works the same way you change an icon with the info window of the Finder: it's a simple copy-paste.

It's amazing how much visual appeal this adds to your dock, especially when you use it to personalise both iPhoto + Preview. Greatly exceeded expectations for me.
The developer describes it as a beta, but it's worked flawlessly on my iBook (10.4.6) for months. Could it be better? I agree with the previous reviewer. I just wish iMovie was included in the options too.
