HighLoad is a tool which will push your computer to the max to help diagnose most intermittent problems. This tool meant for time testing a machine. The application will not diagnose the machine for you, you must gather info from the log files and develop a conclusion.
HighLoad can also run routine tasks such as rebuilding the Spotlight index files, and clearing System Cache files to make sure your computer is running at its best.

With this tool, I am able to stress-test hardware before and after swapping a component.
If the old component gave out after x minutes while this app is running and the new component keeps ticking, I can be reasonably certain that the new component is reliable where the old one wasn't.
If I were to add one thing to my wishlist, it would be to have a feature that gradually fills up physical memory.
(Possibly with an indication of how much physical RAM is being used.)
That way I could use it to pinpoint intermittent faults in RAM as well.

Seems like you try set the size of the image to create a bit wrong, but since the script(s) are saved as Run Only, I can't check it out...
This is running on 10.5.1
