I does quite a bit! What you want to do is create a module. To create a module select the menu item "File->New Module". You will be shown the "New Module" dialog and you can select the module you want to create. In the "New Module" dialog you have to fill in the "Module ID" field (you can type anything in this field) and then the "Create" button will become active. The module ID is used later in scripts and reports. Another way to create a module is to select the menu item "Help->Create Demo Module..." to create a fully populated module.
If you have successfully created modules and your problem lies in understanding how to use them, you will need to consult references on AHP, QFD, or requirements management.

And I *still* don't know what this thing does.
