This app is simple and straight to the point. It does one thing, and it does it well. I've been able to open very large text files and search them without my computer bogging down. Very limited use, but for what it does, it does it quite well. Recommended.

Is this different form command line grep? and if not what is the purpose of it?

And it seems unnecessarily confusing to name this GUI app the same as the command line version.

WHAT'S NEW:
64bit.

But SL grep is already 64bit, isn't it?

Yup, the command line "grep" is 64-bit on SL.

I tried to open a 103MB text file with it and it crashed. :-(
