This patch does not make Myst V a universal binary. It only allows you to install it without having to hack the installer. The application Myst V will be run throught Rosetta so it will not be fast.
I actualy do NOT recommend using this patch. it was great to see that Ubisoft was actually putting the effort into backing their software, but the patch doesn't do what it says. I have installed twice now on my macbook pro, and though i AM able to install (they fixed that), when I run the game it does NOT run any faster than it did on my 1 ghz titanium powerbook g4 PLUS there is NO audio. Each time I installed on this machine, still no audio. : Best bet is still to install on anotehr machine, then drag the myst 5 application folder and myst 5 user application support folder onto the intel machine.
Anyone have a good idea on how to solve the patch problem??
I have installed the patch, but as soon as I launch it there is an appelschript error saying: The command exited with a non-zero status. (1).
Does anyone have the same problem, and what did you do to solve it??
