Sony Ericsson DRM Packager is used to package and protect mobile content.
Certain network operators (e.g. Vodafone) have modified Sony Ericsson phones so that they are unable to set MP3's as ringtones, forcing users to buy ringtones from the network.
This program's basic use is to allow the conversion of MP3 files into the DRM protected files that these handsets will play. Therefore allowing any MP3's to be used as ringtones.
