A simple application that gets the current DHCP public and private IP address of your computer. IP Sender compares your previous addresses then sends a mail message to the desired recipient. The process can be done automatically or manually.
What's New
Version 0.2:
  • Fixed a bug that would cause the application to freeze if the Address Book.app wasn't configured.
  • Added more alerts to help the end user out.
Requirements
PPC / Intel, Mac OS X 10.4.3 or later, active internet connection. Mail.app configured and able to send mail Address Book.app "Me" address.

Will this continue to run as a cron task like Wimp if the system is restarted or does it only work while it is running?

The application only works when it is running. It will not continue to run any tasks otherwise.
