The "Version Unsupported" message seems to be due a caching issue. Emptying Safari's cache should fix this. If this doesn't work for you, please send mail to widget@hbo.com. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

thanks, cleared my firefox cache, and reloaded teh widget, works now.

very cool, one of the best implementations of widgetry I've seen, but.... the "startup" HBO tones when the widget is first loaded needs to have an option to turn it off if desired... it's more than a little obnoxious.

FYI, you can edit the widget HTML to comment out or delete the embeded startup sound. much better!

HULETTE, look for version 1.1 next week which has preferences for turning off the sounds among other things. Thanks for the feedback!

This is the first widget I've seen that made me realize the power of the apps...It is soo useful and cool...from its ability to minimiza itself in place, change window sizes when needed, and easily switch from programming schedule to video clips - recommended for anyone who watches HBO or just wants to check out what a widget could be

I get the same message. This version is no longer supported!

the new version 1.1 gives me a message that says "This version of the HBO Widget is no longer supported." I have tried deleting the original and re-installing, and get the same message.
