Have the Leap-A Trojan? Bye_Leap-A is an Automator script removes the /apphook/ and /tmp/latestpics.tgz directories/files, and finally sets the secured permissions on InputManagers folder.

You may also want to check out clamxav (search MacUpdate) and install it to keep on constant lookout for these things that are almost inevitable... it's already been updated to detect/remove Leap-A/Oompa-Loompa as well.
I was actually inspired by OompaLocker 1.0 which basically locks the InputManager directory. I just took it a step further and included a removal script.
